One of the things that makes our life worthwhile is the all-too seldom visit of the Prawer family, usually during the summer holidays. We were introduced to Jon, Jill, Sarah, David, & Anna by The Rainbow Trust,  a charity which supports seriously ill children and their families, sponsored by The British Horse Society. We are now donating £5 from each student’s course fees to this most worthwhile cause and are attaching a copy of a letter we have received from the Trust following our first donation.

This year we had the enormous pleasure of watching our daughter Hazel and senior helper Katie Hindson taking Sarah, David and Anna on a stroll around the village. Afterwards Jill was kind enough to take some photos of us in the school and gave us permission to post them onto the web-site.

We are eternally grateful to Jon and Jill for allowing us to share just a small part of their hectic life once a year. They bring absolute joy to our lives, although Rupert wishes that David wasn’t quite such a good arm-wrestler, and we hope they will be able to visit us much more frequently over the coming months.
